Professionally Qualified Counsellor Hypnotherapist

“I truly believe that the vast majority of people, (provided they have the commitment to the sessions and the wholehearted  desire for change in their life) can benefit from confidential Counselling and aim for a resolution to whatever issue is affecting their quality of life.

I have found that Hypnotherapy has helped in so many areas, covering a wide range of issues.  Provided that the client is positive about the experience,   wants and expects it to be successful, the process can have a dramatic effect."

It works at a much deeper level than Counselling and can have a quicker resolution to an issue.

Sue Wyncoll Registered Member BACP, GHR (Reg), GHSC, NRH, CNHC

Qualified Counsellor Hypnotherapist

It doesn't matter whether you are 16 or 93, it is possible to feel pain, distress,  fear, and  a feeling that you are alone and trying to deal with what is happening to you or around you.  Counselling is a natural way of working through the issues in a safe way.

By choosing a professionally qualified therapist you can be sure you have made the right decision.

As an experienced therapist I also use psychotherapy where appropriate

Hypnotherapy

Offered as a separate service and my clients may decide to move between one and the other if it is felt that it will be helpful.   Hypnotherapy can be used for a wide range of issues - including relaxation, resolving deeper issues, specific issues (eg smoking, weight loss, flying), general anxiety, raising self esteem or confidence building, moving on eg from relationships. Hypnotherapy can also be a useful option in the case of single issue concerns eg nail biting or phobias.  Hypnotherapy can also be useful for deep seated issues which are affecting the clients quality of life eg PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), or changing behaviour habits.
